These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the pc888 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member"). By using pc888's website, services, or any of its products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional verification or technical reasons may cause this to take longer.

4.3 Deposit Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Payments in other currencies are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving any bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply once per account.
• Misuse of bonuses through multiple accounts or from the same device/IP within a household may result in account cancellation.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• pc888 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet becomes final and binding once the platform confirms it. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, pc888 reserves the right to void it.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports is governed by standard market rules. If a match is abandoned mid-way or no official result is announced, the related bet is considered void and the stake is refunded.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

The results of casino games, live dealer games, and slot games are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This technology is regularly reviewed to ensure fair play.

6.4 Betting Limits

pc888 reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits on any account, particularly when unusual betting patterns are detected. This decision is unilateral and non-appealable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account cancellation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a third party's payment method.
• Abusing bonus offers in bad faith (bonus hunting, arbitrage, etc.).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

8.1 Closure by pc888

pc888 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice due to breach of terms, fraud, or security-related reasons. In such cases, a decision regarding any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) will be made at a later stage.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining legitimate balance before closure. However, any bonus balance subject to ongoing wagering requirements will be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

• Losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
